Hotel Stay Overs......Holiday Practies
We will be staying over for both of our January Competitions.....Alta (Utah Valley Classic) and Murray......nearly half our team will be competing solos......and with both competitions being in South Salt Lake. Weather and the travel time back and forth is a big concern. Those fees will be due with your January dues when we come back after the holidays.
We will be holding a few practices over the holiday on the days that are not state mandatory moritorium. We will let you know those dates soon.

**If you would like to order a Rockette duffle bag with your name on it, or a large roller duffle bag with your name on it, Brandi will need your order and your money for the items by Friday December 3.
The small duffle bags are $30.00 and the large roller bags are $60.00. Make your checks to BEHS. Before you order bags, you need to make sure that everything else on your Rockette account is up to date.

**Wednesday after school practice will be going until 5:30 at Mt. View......We will be working on Hip Hop that day.
***We WILL be practicing after school on Thursday in order to practice with the CheerLeaders before the half-time :)

Chugging Along......
Congrats on a great job with Hello Assembly, Future Rockette Half-Time, and Peach Days Parade! We are so proud of you :) We are just cruising right along. Next up HOMECOMING!
We have been presented with a fun and easy fundraising opportunity. It will be at Bay Wash located across from WalMart. Each Rockette will get 5 people to come and wash their cars that day.......We will be signing up to work in shifts so that each girl will only have to be there for a little while.
It will be on Saturday September 25 (I know a few of you have things that day, but you can sign up around them).

Hip Hop Clinic
Wednesday September 1 will be our first day for hip hop. This will be a fun class for everyone.
Our coreographer will be coming up and teaching a section to audition for that routine.
It is a good experience to work with different coreographers and a new perspective.
We will practice from 3:45-5:30 that day at Infinity Dance.

Please remember that coaches will not take calls over audition results. We know that this can be difficult. We love you all and each member of our team is a vital part of our team! Eighteen hearts will march out onto the competition floor even if there aren't that many bodies. Keep working and improving, you never know when we will need an alternate........

Parents PLEASE remember.......Brandi and Dani will nottake calls or discuss audition results. We will sit down with girls that are in routines, and girls that are not and will go over things they need to be working and improving on. AUDITIONING competition routines is discussed at the Rockette parents meeting and is part of the sport of drill team. We compete as a varsity sport :) We understand that audition results can initially be difficult.....in the end we are one team and its about the team. Hugs to everyone!

AUDITIONING competition routines is discussed at the Rockette parents meeting and is part of the sport of drill team. We compete as a varsity sport :) We understand that audition results can initially be difficult.....in the end we are one team and its about the team. Hugs to everyone!

See You In The Morning.....
So, due to floors being refinished in gyms.....I had scheduled Mt. View for August. The staff there wasn't aware that the gym would be used as a storage area. They have talked to the district and they should have it cleared out by the end of the week. They weren't sure if it would be cleared out by tomorrow and informed me today that is has not been. We have scrambled today trying to find a last minute place to practice (on a Sunday evening) that would fit our team. So, we will be practicing at Infinity. We are still working on other school locations. August is a hard month with schools trying to get ready for school to start again.
We will not be running the track this week because we have so much to do.

The girls can then take team photos, etc.

*All checks should be made out to BEHS unless otherwise noted. The $10.00 Mother dues/Booster Club are taken care of and run seperate from Rockettes. Those should be made to the Secretary's mother Donna Maddox.......at least I am pretty sure about that, ha ha!
*$15.00 May dues are VERY past due and your $15.00 June dues are due in the morning.
*Several of you still owe some money on your camp balance...........
*Practices for June 7-11, June 14, and June 21-25 will be held at the Natatorium from 7-10 A.M.
*We go on moritorium the week of June 28 and don't come back to practice until August 2.
*We have several people that will be missing during this next week. We have a policy of not being able to miss the week of a performance! The people that made their arrangements and checked with me around the week I had originally scheduled for camp will still be able to perform.
