October 7th Halftime

For our halftime on October 7th, we are going to be doing a witch routine. Each girl needs to buy a BLACK witch hat. You may decorate the hat however you would like! Hats are out at Walmart right now, so run quick and grab one. If you still have your hat from 2 years ago, you may reuse it, as long as it is in good condition.

We will also be wearing black shoes & tights, so make sure you have those!

xo

Cow Dung

Each team member is responsible for selling 150 tickets. Tickets are $1 each. Fill out their name and phone number on one side of the ticket for you to keep and give them the other side. Put tickets and money in your packet. If they write a check, have them make it out to BEHS. Packets are due on THURSDAY OCTOBER 6th. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will be at after school practice to pick them up. You are responsible for selling every ticket.

**For new girls** Each ticket a person buys gets them a square on the field. You girls walk a cow around the field until it poops on someone's square. Whoever's square it poops on, wins $250 cash.

Cow Dung will be on Friday October 7th at 3:30pm, in place of after school practice, and will go until the cow poops. Location TBA. The winner will be announced at halftime at the game that night. (No, they do not have to be there to win).

When you sell a ticket, you must also write their name & number in a square (or they can pick which square they want). 1 square per ticket. If someone buys 5 tickets, you must fill out
5 separate squares for that person.

Before the game starts, we will put all the tickets into a drawing and pull out one name for a $50 Maverick gift card. 2 winners this year! Yay!! Make sure you have their name and number ON EACH ticket.

Hopefully I got everything- if you have any questions- let me know :)

Swig Fundraiser

Time for a fundraiser! Woo Hoo! Fundraising is a big huge part of Rockettes & like stated in the Constitution- is MANDATORY. No exceptions :) The more you make, the less your parents have to pay.. Which they will love you for :) This year, we will be trying a new fundraiser that is super easy, and will hopefully be worth it!

We will be selling boxes of mini Swig Sugar Cookies. If you haven't tried them, you should buy a box.. Because they are delicious :)
Each girl MUST sell 10 boxes.
Boxes have 30 Swig mini cookies + a container of frosting for $20.
They freeze really well and are perfect for summer parties!
Fundraiser will start June 21st (I will give you your packets at practice) and will end
July 1st. NO EXCEPTIONS. That gives you 11 days to sell them before almost a whole month off. You must sell all 10 boxes. Packets & money will be due at practice on FRIDAY JULY 1st!!
You will be responsible to deliver your boxes to the people you sold them to. (I will explain in more detail & answer any questions at practice).

You are MORE then welcome to sell more then the 10 boxes. That's just the minimum that you must sell. In fact, the Rockette that sells the MOST boxes, will get a super awesome prize from Me & Marissa.. And I promise it's a good one. You will all want it ;) So start thinking of who you might want to sell too and we will talk more about it at practice on Tuesday.

ROCKETTE INVITATIONAL POSTERS

Girls ! I have checked my to do list 200 hundred times, and I have NO idea how I missed this. I am so sorry !  EACH ONE of you need to make a Poster to hang at a business sometime before the weekend is over to advertise for the Rockette Invitational.  Text Brandi individually (not on group message) and let her know where you hung yours  up at. You can put on group message where you are putting yours so others know.  I just don't check group message that often. We are hanging Ellie's up at the studio today before we head out of town for the weekend. Love you all ! It is very important that you get right on top of this. It really doesn't take too long.  Thanks & Hugs !
