Here We Go!!

Congrats to this BEAUTIFUL team and their hard earned 2nd place in Region!! Job well done everyone!! Thanks to the parents and student body for their support. It makes a world of difference!!

And. We're Off To State!!! HOORAY.

-Best Dress for school on Thursday!! In Purple, Black, and White!!
-After school - black leggings, crew neck, and purple addidas.
-Roll Call on the bus @ 3:45 P.M. - Remember $ for the mall, food, etc.
-To State & for Awards at State - Warm Ups, Black Sparkle Drill Shirt, Converse, Beanies, Scarves.

***The State Competition is held at UVU and begins at 11:00 A.M. - I do not know the cost of admission!
-Military #17  - Approx. 12:10 P.M.
-Dance is #50 - Approx. 2:45 P.M.
-Character is #85 - Approx. 5:27 P.M.

The last routine is at approximately 6:23 P.M. All State Performance, Drill Down, & Awards will follow!!
 We will be eating on the way home as a team :)

*Rockette Tryouts will be held:
Monday April 14 - Friday April 18
3:15-5:00 P.M. Monday - Thursday / *Friday will go until we are done

*Spring Tea will be held on:
Tuesday April 22 (time and location TBA)

REGION

Region Competition is on January 24 @ Skyview High School

-Competition begins at 6:00 P.M.
-Doors open at 5:00 P.M. - NO SAVING SEATS
-Purchase tickets at the door only

Rockettes have a floor practice time at 11:40 A.M. and will be leaving school early that morning for the day!!

THIS IS GOING TO BE A PARTY!!!!! CROWD NEEDS TO GO WILD!!!!!

Bus leaves the school at 1:00 P.M.

Solo Competition Begins at 5:00 P.M.

The cost is $5.00 for the Solo Competition. Ages 5 & under are free!!

SATURDAY

-Competition Begins at 8:30 A.M. and end at approximately 7:00-7:30 P.M.

-Park on the south side of the school (enter parking lot from state street)

-Enter building through glass doors on the LEFT

-Ticket costs are $10.00/person, $8.00/senior citizens 11 years and younger, 5 years and younger are free.

Friday...
 -Bus Leaves at 1:00 P.M. on Friday January 3rd!!

-Freshman excused at 12:30 P.M.
-Soph.-Srs. excused at 12:45 P.M.

*We will be staying at the same hotel as last competition!!

-Solo Competition begins at 5:30 P.M. on Friday night.
-Solo check in is from 4:30-5:00 P.M.
  (It looks like it will be a pretty long night.)
-Admission for the solo competition is $5.00 - Ages 4 & under are free

 Saturday...

*Competition begins at 9:00 A.M. and we are #1 on the floor with kick!!  Go Us!!

-Doors open at 8:15 A.M.
-Admission - $9.00 Adults, $6.00 for Students with school ID, $6.00 kids ages 5-12, and ages 4 & under are free.
 
They didn't give me numbers for routines...or times - I AM TOTALLY GUESSING by reading the order.
Remember - these orders are always subject to change!!

-Kick - 1st on the floor
-Hip Hop - should be performed between 9:30 & 10:00
-45 minute lunch break at Noon
-Military - around 1:30
-Dance - around 4:30
-Character - Last on the floor around 6:45

*This Competition won't ending as early as the last one :) xo.
